Diane solidified her experience as an agent on one of the highest-ranking teams within the largest real estate brokerage on the East Coast. Not only did she excel as an agent, but she also played a pivotal creative role in developing brand messaging and viral marketing campaigns for sellers. During her tenure as sales manager for one of the tallest new condos in Williamsburg Brooklyn, she successfully facilitated Top Chef: New York to produce its television show in the penthouse of the project, a high-profile move which garnered national exposure and thrust the building into the spotlight.

She is fluent in Hebrew and Russian and received her B.A. from Brooklyn College after studying at Oxford University and Hofstra University.
