Marsha Andrews’s passion for real estate is born of the reality she is hard-wired to help people and find harmonious solutions to every challenge. What better way to help than finding a home to suit the dreams, needs, and tastes of a buyer or renter and, conversely, finding the perfect price and buyer for the seller? Marsha is originally from the Midwest but has lived in New York City for more than 30 years. She knew immediately upon arrival she was finally home and is a resident of the Upper West Side. As time is always of the essence, buyers, sellers and renters appreciate her extensive knowledge of Manhattan, the real estate market climate and her relentless expedition to help her clients reach their goals.
Having enjoyed a fulfilling career singing opera, concerts, oratorios, and recitals throughout the USA, Europe and at the Metropolitan Opera, Marsha seamlessly translates her opera stage mis-en-scène vision to real estate. She has a trained eye for quality using it to stage apartments and her goal has been to research every minute detail, no matter what the task. She has weathered every market having started July 1, 2008, just before the "downturn!" She works tirelessly to get her clients to the closing table. If a client's apartment needs to be staged, or renovated, her artistic talents and eye have been proven to be very useful in staging, managing or consulting with renovations or just sharing her thoughts for the best choices,
Marsha earned a BA in music and French from Alma College, an MM in vocal performance from The Cleveland Institute of Music and Case Western University, and a Diplôme de Langue Française and Certificat de Français parlé from L'Alliance Française and L'Institut Catholique, Paris. She is fluent in French and Italian and has a working knowledge of German. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), has a love for life and people and a commitment to excellence.
